Born in 1910s Poland to Jewish parents, Ida became witness to a world war, prosecution and a flight to Siberia only to finally settle down in 1960s Israel.

Although her life is nearing its end, Ida is by no means passive - some time ago an old friend of hers asked for help in finding out what the destiny of his wife's parents was (she had lost track of them back in 1940s). As their investigation unfolds, Ida finds herself confronted with memories of the turbulent yet somewhat beautiful experiences she kept gaining throughout the entire 20th century...

Originally conceived as a soundtrack for the documentary of the same name by Alina Bugayenko, the music has been rearranged and expanded to create a narrative dealing with the themes of identity, loss, humanity, history and time.
